In this position, you will report to the TPRM Expertise Lead and work closely with the 2nd Line Risk team to ensure the TPRM program meets regulatory expectations and aligns with business needs. Your initiative will be key in enhancing TPRM tools and ensuring effective communication across leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design TPRM program and oversee its effectiveness
• Refine and adapt policies as per regulatory updates
• Collaborate with governance groups for uniform compliance




• Monitor TPRM adherence across the organization
• Lead data collection and compliance analysis

Requirements:
• Business or finance degree/diploma
• 3-5 years in risk management roles
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with risk management platforms
