Step forward as a part time Physiotherapist for the Home Health Team at Fraser Health in Maple Ridge, BC. Your role will focus on providing quality physiotherapy services that improve clients' functional independence in the community.

You will assess, modify, and implement rehabilitation strategies while engaging closely with clients and their support systems. This position also involves evaluating clinical effectiveness and recommending necessary equipment for safe mobility. The Physiotherapist will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and recommend physiotherapy interventions
• Formulate customized care plans with clients




• Evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitative care
• Educate clients on mobility and safety techniques
• Facilitate staff training on physiotherapy skills

Requirements:
• Approved Physiotherapy program graduate
• At least two years' clinical experience
• Current registration with the College of BC health professionals
• Driver's License for work-related travel
