Jardeg is currently recruiting for a Carpenter Journeyperson for work with Technical Workforce Inc. at our Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa project in Whitecap, SK.

The Thermal Spa will be the first of its kind in Saskatchewan, and the first Indigenous-themed thermal spa in Canada. The spa will offer an authentic experience rooted in Dakota customs and traditions, featuring thermal water therapy, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge pools, hot tubs, and relaxation areas throughout the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities
Build forms for concrete
Construct and form chutes for pouring concrete
Pour and finish concrete
Backing, hoarding removal, parapet caps, decking, handrails
Cut, shape and join
Layout-measuring, marking and arranging of various construction materials




Check accuracy of work and adjust as required
Work from and study blueprints for work planning
Inform immediate supervisor of abnormalities or defects and/or take appropriate measures

Minimum Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with a Carpenter Journeyperson Ticket from a recognized provincial training authority. Non-ticketed carpenters must provide proof of hours relevant to the industrial Carpentry trade.
Commercial carpentry experience
CSTS and WHMIS certifications
Fall protection is an asset
Must have reliable transportation to get to work
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
