Key Responsibilities:
• Offer personalized care for sub-specialty surgical patients
• Effectively delegate care activities to healthcare colleagues
• Maintain accountability to best practice standards




• Act as a preceptor for new nursing staff if needed
• Follow guidelines set by recognized professional organizations

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of RN experience required
• One year of Operating Room experience preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric patients is beneficial
• Current BLS certification and RN licensing required
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
