In this full time position, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Consultants and Account Managers to deliver top-notch service. As an industry leader reporting to the Senior VP, you will analyze group retirement strategies and mentor team professionals to achieve their goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide strategic direction within the Group Retirement division
• Mentor team members for professional growth
• Serve as primary contact for key client accounts




• Manage complex client scenarios with expertise
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• College or university graduate, or equivalent experience
• Completion of LLQP required within one year
• Five years of experience in group retirement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong math abilities
