The Plant Manager will oversee the safe production of products and ensure compliance with EHS regulations while driving continuous improvement projects. You will engage in hands-on duties and collaborate closely with the regional manufacturing team to achieve plant objectives. You'll also represent the site in quality audits and technical reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations to ensure product quality
• Conduct hands-on maintenance and operator tasks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field preferred
• 5+ years of management experience in chemical operations
