In this role, your focus will be on building meaningful relationships while ensuring high-quality care. You will work collaboratively to manage the Assisted Living Neighbourhood, making sure residents receive the care they rightfully deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure enriching daily experiences for residents
• Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care
• Develop relationships with residents and their families
• Manage the operational excellence of the residence

Requirements:
• RPN, LPN, or RN designation required
• Minimum two years of healthcare experience
• Passion for improving resident life
• Leadership qualities to guide a care team
