Nation West Insurance is not your average insurance brokerage. We are a growing, locally owned company that believes in combining a client-first approach with innovation, community spirit, and operational excellence. We’re looking for a full-time Autopac CSR to join our Birchwood Plaza team.

About the Role
The Autopac CSR is an essential part of the team, acting as the initial contact for clients and creating a positive, professional experience across all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or through email. This role supports clients with Autopac and Driver Licensing services, handles payments and policy transactions, and helps identify coverage options that align with individual needs.

This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a dedication to learning and taking on increasing responsibility as the role evolves.

What You Bring

High school diploma

Level 1 insurance license and IWS Certification are not required but considered an asset.

Legally entitled to work in Canada.





Motivated team player with a strong work ethic.

Knowledge of the Acturis Broker Management System is an asset.

Must possess a valid Manitoba driver’s license.

Clear criminal record check is required.
