As part of Horizon Contracting Group’s growth, the Senior Estimator will spearhead the estimating function for earthworks projects. This includes managing budgets, collaborating with operations, and actively pursuing recent opportunities. Ideal candidates will leverage their civil engineering education and estimating experience in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the estimating process, including pricing and submittals
• Manage and analyze quote performance metrics
• Identify new opportunities through networking and market knowledge




• Collaborate with project management on pricing and partnerships
• Maintain thorough documentation and tracking of projects

Requirements:
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or similar
• 3-5+ years of estimating experience in the civil sector
• Proficient in relevant software, including MS Project and AutoCAD
• Solid grasp of construction drawings and contract documents
• Strong communication and customer service skills
