Current graduates, career transitioners, or returning professionals looking to establish a Project Management career
Individuals interested in working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
Strong communicators capable of managing stakeholders, timelines, scope, and risks
Candidates with exposure to IT, software development, ERP,



CRM, data, cloud, or infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders
Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting notes
Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones; proactively implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
