As the Supervised Access Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing children's visits, ensuring compliance with court orders, and maintaining clear communications with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children's visits according to relevant agreements
• Communicate childcare instructions during visits
• Ensure child safety and intervene when necessary
• Collect service fees from participants
• Review documentation post-visits for accuracy
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum of one year experience in supervised access
• Valid Ontario Class "G" Driver's License
• First Aid & CPR certification required
• Supervisory experience is essential
