- Lead the planning, development, and execution ofhardscape projects (concrete work, structural features, infrastructure, drainage systems, technology integration)
- Manage a $1M hardscape division, focusing on growth and profitability
- Collaborate with developers, general contractors, builders, and architects to deliver high-quality hardscape solutions
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Candidates should have the below experience.

- 3+ years of experiencein construction, particularly in large commercial projects
- Strong estimating experience, this role is onsite daily, with some out in the field trips
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experiencein hardscape or landscape construction, particularly in large commercial projects
- Must have strong Constructing Estimating/bidding experience, preparing, submitting, presenting, and winning
- Proven track record of managing teams and projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment related to hardscape
- Ability to read blueprints and work with architects and engineers
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
- Experience working with developers, general contractors, and other key stakeholders
