Take a leadership role as Senior Director, Setting, Water, and Justice Branch with the Assembly of First Nations. Make a meaningful impact on First Nations policies nationwide. As a Senior Director at AFN, you will guide initiatives to enhance First Nations environmental and justice frameworks. Your role involves developing relationships with leaders and providing strategic insights to ensure alignment with political mandates. You will drive advocacy efforts and policy recommendations that benefit First Nations communities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiative planning and execution within the Branch
Develop strategies for national advocacy in workplace and justice
Build relationships with First Nations and government partners
Provide strategic advice to senior management and the CEO
Deliver policy reports and proposals for diverse audiences Requirements:
University degree in relevant fields, postgraduate preferred
Minimum five years in senior management roles
Solid knowledge of First Nations issues and governance
Proven experience in project management and leadership
