We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to work company-wide, supporting multiple active developments and construction projects across low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise portfolios.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands construction and development accounting in the real world, not just in theory.
Who You Are 10+ years of project accounting experience in construction and/or real estate development
Deep understanding of job cost accounting, cost-to-complete, commitments, change management, and cash flow forecasting
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects with varying structures and delivery models
Solid working knowledge of progress billing, holdbacks, lien legislation, and contract administration support
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable holding teams accountable to process
Trusted by project managers, executives, and external partners alike
What You’ll Do Provide company-wide project accounting support across all active projects
Maintain accurate job cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
Track commitments, change orders, and budget impacts in real time




Support monthly reporting, lender reporting, and internal executive reviews
Work closely with project management, estimating, and senior leadership
Help refine financial controls, reporting standards, and internal workflows
Act as a central financial steward, not just a back-office function
