Why This Role Matters
Clinical Product Managers at Science & Humans help turn real-world clinical insight into better digital healthcare experiences.

You will work closely with experienced product, engineering, and clinical leaders to design tools that:

Improve patient outcomes and preventative care

Reduce administrative burden for clinicians

Support safe, scalable clinical workflows

This role emphasizes clinical thinking, curiosity, and collaboration over deep product or hormone health expertise.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support and gradually own parts of the product lifecycle, with mentorship and collaboration across teams:

Contribute to product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature definition

Translate clinical workflows and patient needs into clear product requirements

Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and clinical teams to deliver safe and effective digital health solutions

Review patient and clinician feedback to inform product improvements

Support product launches and post-launch iteration

Help ensure products meet clinical safety, quality, and compliance standards

Maintain clear documentation,



including workflows and feature updates

Stay curious about digital health trends and evolving care models

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Clinical experience working directly with patients or care delivery teams

Interest in product management, digital health, or clinical innovation

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to think critically about clinical workflows and patient safety

Comfort learning in a fast-paced, growing organization

Passion for improving healthcare through technology

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Prior experience in digital health and hormone treatments

Experience working with digital tools, EHRs, or patient-facing platforms

Familiarity with healthcare privacy and data protection (HIPAA, PHIPA)

Experience in startup or growth-stage environments
