As a full-time Clinical Supervisor, you will guide community care assistants and trainees, ensuring ethical and high-quality care delivery. Your role involves addressing and resolving issues from staff, patients, and families while fostering a culture of collaboration and trust. You'll be pivotal in maintaining safety standards and continuously improving care practices through regular training and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor community care staff
• Resolve concerns from patients and colleagues
• Conduct safety incident investigations




• Work with teams on clinical documentation
• Promote health education and problem-solving

Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration required
• 3–5 years of nursing experience necessary
• Solid assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing nursing teams essential
• Reliable transportation essential for duties
