Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for psychiatric patients
• Facilitate effective communication among care teams
• Develop and modify care plans based on individual needs




• Document patient interactions per established standards
• Advocate for continuous quality improvements in care delivery

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active registration as a Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
• Minimum of one year experience in mental health
• Strong assessment and counseling skills
• Ability to lead and educate other staff members
