Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join as a General Purpose Relief (GPR) across Sutton stations. You’ll lead a shift-ready team, deliver outstanding customer service and adapt to platform, gateline and salespoint duties while supporting up to 20 colleagues.
The role spans 24-hour operation with adaptable shifts (early, late or nights). You must live in the local area with transport, and you’ll enjoy 32 days leave, a final salary pension and generous travel
