Utilize your Lean Six Sigma expertise to drive significant improvements.This role requires a dedicated skilled with a university degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in Lean methodologies, particularly within manufacturing and supply chains. You will analyze existing processes, facilitate cooperative improvement sessions, and promote a culture of continuous optimization throughout your tenure.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and optimize current business processes
Lead work sessions for future-state process design
Identify and challenge inefficiencies in workflows
Coach teams on CORE methodologies and Lean tools
Standardize processes across various sites and functionsRequirements:
University degree in engineering, management, or related field
At least 7 years of experience in Lean improvement roles
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
Demonstrated leadership in large-scale transformations
