Technician Full Time Lethbridge, AB $40–$50 per hour

Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills are required. Hourly wage is based on experience and ranges from $40 to $50 per hour; the highest wage will be awarded to those with exceptional diagnostic abilities.

Pre‑employment skills testing will be conducted during the first in‑person interview.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing all truck systems.
Commercial vehicle inspections.
Quality repairs and maintenance on heavy‑truck and diesel engines from multiple brands.
Proficient in emissions inspections, drive‑train, electrical, air/brake system repairs.
Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
Write detailed and professional reports on work orders.
Maintain a clean work environment, personal tools, and company equipment.
Display a positive attitude and collaborate as a team to achieve success.




Mentor other technicians.
Collaborate with the foreman and service department to ensure efficient shop workflow.
Meet or exceed standard repair times.
