The program is designed to develop interns into future leaders, providing them with significant business projects, executive exposure, and structured development opportunities across the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead significant business projects with real‑life implications.
- Present analysis and results to senior leaders.
- Act as an integral member of a cross‑functional team.
- Engage in community‑building activities with fellow interns and complete structured development goals.
Eligibility & Requirements
- First year of a full‑time MBA or master’s degree program; graduating after September2026.
- Available full‑time for at least8–12weeks between June and September2026.
- Fluent in English and the language of the country where the internship assignment is located.
- Legally authorized to work permanently (without time limitations, restrictions, or need for sponsorship) in the country of the assignment.
- Have three years or more of relevant qualified experience prior to enrolling in a full‑time master’s level program.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to develop solutions using data‑driven insights.
