The Restaurant Systems team also acts as a first point of escalation for the service desk, troubleshooting issues accurately and efficiently.What you will do in this role:Implement changes and updates submitted by the Brand teams through a Request for Change (RFC)Assist the Brands with the implementation of marketing initiatives (coupons and discounts)Perform changes in POS, inventory,



e-commerce and 3rd party platformsEnsure that all facets of inventory are properly configured and updated in the system to provide accurate tracking of dataMaintain and improve end‑user interaction for all systemsConduct comprehensive POS testing with Brand representativesConduct detailed inventory testing with Brand representatives which includes confirming recipe details, inventory and supplier itemsConduct thorough e‑commerce testing with Brand representatives, which includes validating price, images, and menu item descriptionsReview and manage upcoming requests for changes and updatesEnsure that requests are feasible and provide alternative solutions for initiatives that may not be feasible with the current systemsDiscuss ideas and solutions for future projects and initiativesWork in conjunction with the Project Management team on Recipe and Brand specific projects intended on improving the system and support techniques relating to the restaurantServe as first level escalation point for the service desk on back and front‑of‑house POS issues involving menu items, price,
