RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer needs regarding parts sales (via email, phone, or in person)
Research and locate required parts in supplier systems




Follow up on orders and deliveries with customers
Ensure a clean and organized work environment
Perform any other necessary job-related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in parts sales (required)
Customer-focused
Ability to respond to urgent requests
Positive stress management skills
Team player
Willing to learn
Valid Canadian work permit required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
