In this term role, reporting to the Regional Manager, you will focus on advising clients on personal lines of insurance while cross-selling additional products. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years managing a Personal Lines book of business, demonstrating the ability to meet sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide qualified advice on personal insurance coverage
• Build rapport with current and existing clients

• Conduct annual reviews and manage policy workflows
• Support Autopac transactions and related tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum two years industry experience in personal lines
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
• Familiarity with Autopac and other insurance lines
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
