Design and administer global incentive compensation plans

Manage annual merit cycles including preparation and execution
Conduct regular market analysis and salary benchmarking
Maintain accuracy of compensation data reportsRequirements:
Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent
3–6 years of compensation analysis experience within global contexts
Advanced Excel skills for comprehensive data handling
Familiarity with incentive plans and performance management
