Take charge as a Journeyperson Electrical Foreman on-site in Kitimat, BC, focusing on safety and team efficiency for the LNGC project. Applicants must be prepared to relocate and have a valid Red Seal certification.

In this critical role, you will supervise a diverse team of technicians, overseeing daily tasks and ensuring compliance with safety practices. With over 7 years in industrial environments and at least 2 years in leadership, you’ll foster a solid team culture and drive project success through effective management. Experience with SAP and a background in oil and gas is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership to electrical crews
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections




• Ensure resources and materials are effectively managed
• Enforce workplace safety policies rigorously
• Support collaboration with client teams

Requirements:
• 7+ years as an industrial tradesperson
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Calmness in high-pressure situations
• Must hold a Red Seal Journeyperson certification

Lead electrical operations and guide your team to success with a focus on best practices and safety protocols.
