Experience

Two (2) years clinical experience

Education

Diploma/Degree in Nursing or BSW, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy Degree

Licenses

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is acceptable

Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable

Bachelor of Social Work is acceptable

Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
