This is a full time hybrid role for an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Infrastructure & Energy Transition Investment Banking. The Analyst / Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, preparing transaction documents, performing due diligence,



and supporting senior team members advising clients on transactions within the Infrastructure & Energy Transition sectors across North America and globally.Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other quantitative fields1-3 years of experience, ideally within infrastructure and energy investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory (desired)Exposure to energy transition / renewable energy transactions in North America and/or globallyStrong analytical and financial modelling skills (including complex project finance models)Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writingAbility to take initiative and work independently with guidance from senior bankersAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a rapid-paced work environmentCompetitive compensation package in accordance with experience / seniority.
