You will liaise with Property Management and oversee month-end tasks, CAM reconciliations, and budget preparations. Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Review tenant ledgers and manage rent rolls




• Interpret commercial leases for billing obligations

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of property accounting experience
• Solid knowledge of CAM and operating cost reconciliations
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred
• Ability to prepare budgets and forecasts
