About the Opportunity

I am recruiting for a well-established company in the distribution of technical products related to the electrical and industrial fields. Your Role

Reporting to the branch manager, you will play a central role in supporting sales and managing customer relationships. You will act as a resource person for a qualified clientele (contractors, industrial companies, institutions) and actively contribute to account growth.

Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes
Enter orders into the ERP system
Follow up on deliveries
Keep customer information up to date in the CRM




Collaborate with external representatives
Manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor
Advise customers and propose complementary products once training is completed

Desired Profile
DEP or DEC (sales, administration, or related field)
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal sales or B2B customer service
Experience with an ERP system (key asset)
Good command of the MS Office suite
Excellent organization and priority management
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Team spirit and autonomy
Interest in technical products (electrical / industrial)
