POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Full time, daytime, one weekend out of two

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out the necessary finishing (paint, stain, varnish, etc.)
Clean and maintain work tools;
Manage and use the products used safely;
Prepare surfaces;

Construction
All other related tasks




Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an significant asset
