This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and financial performance. Success in this role requires someone who can bring clarity to that complexity, build systems that support scale, and ensure we are making thoughtful, informed trade‑offs as we grow.What You’ll DoFinancial Leadership & StrategyLead the financial strategy of the business, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to support growth, investment decisions, and long‑term planningStrengthen financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling to improve visibility, support decision‑making, and guide investment and growth decisionsProvide clear, actionable financial insights that help leaders understand performance, trade‑offs, and opportunitiesSupport expansion into new markets and increasing business complexity with disciplined financial planningFinancial Operations & PerformanceOversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash managementOwn financial performance outcomes, including cost discipline, margin performance, and cash flow health, using data to guide decisions and trade‑offsEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with ASPELead month‑end and year‑end processes with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and reliabilitySystems, Data & ProcessStrengthen financial systems, tools,
