Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute experimentation strategy company-wide
Develop the centralized experimentation platform




Partner with cross-functional teams for experiment integration
Lead best practices in measurement and infrastructure
Monitor and improve experimentation effectiveness

Requirements:
Extensive software engineering experience
Proficient in experimentation platform development
Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing
Solid SQL skills with data modeling experience
Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Eppo preferable
