As a commissioned officer, you will oversee soldier technicians in various phases of equipment management from design to disposal. This crucial position within the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Branch requires specialized engineering knowledge and leadership skills in different environments.
You’ll initially lead a team in a large workshop handling diverse equipment, making technical and administrative decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support Army, Navy, and Air Force equipment
Lead a team of up to 30 technicians
Manage equipment throughout its life-cycle
Provide technical expertise and guidance for your team
Conduct maintenance operations on military technology
Requirements:
University degree or enrolment in ROTP program
Robust leadership and technical skills
Ability to work in diverse settings
Commitment to military training and operational readiness
Willingness to relocate for postings
Lead the maintenance and engineering efforts in the CAF while developing your specialized skills as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officer.
