As part of the partnership between the Pessamit community and Aramark Quebec, we are seeking Room Attendants for the Hydro-Québec Manic-3 Camp.

Aramark offers 14 days on / 14 days off work rotation.

Transportation is provided by air from Montreal and Quebec City airports.
A shuttle service is also available from Pessamit and Baie-Comeau to Manic-3.

Employees are provided with meals and private accommodation. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available on site.

Position: Room Attendant

Location: Manic-3

Wage: $21.02/hour

The schedule consists of 70 hours per week. Any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week are paid at time-and-a-half.

Job Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms and bathrooms in accordance with Aramark and client standards and requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized setting that promotes the health and safety of others.
Respond effectively to operational needs.
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Comply with all applicable hygiene and sanitation standards.




Maintain a clean and protected work workplace.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation programs.
Follow safety procedures and apply standard precautions due to physical hazards and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
Adhere to all established safety regulations.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications
Housekeeping experience (an asset).
Experience working in a remote camp environment (an asset).
WHMIS certification (an asset).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
Strong attention to detail.
Good physical condition.
Strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude, honesty, and sound judgment.
A successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, where applicable, a vulnerable sector screening. Employment with Aramark will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.
