Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Oversee Production, Supply Chain & Logistics, Shipping & Receiving
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Oversee a unionized workforce
Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in a Metal fabrication setting
Robust organizational and communication skills
Union Experience
Robust ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
