ResponsibilitiesKeeps HR (Human Resources) data, payroll inputs, and files accurate and audit-readyMaintain and manage the HR payroll tracker for about 60 employees, ensuring all employee lifecycle changes (hires, leaves, terminations, retirements) are accurately capturedEnsure alignment between HR actions, Dayforce entries, and payroll outputsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in employee data and pay-related transactionsDirect hands-on experience in Dayforce making changes to system, auditing changes, and pulling reports. (Dayforce proficiency is required, other HRIS experience is an asset)Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data validation and Conditional formatting). Maintain: employee files, documentation, audit trails, and grievance files.Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policiesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesCan accurately create templated communications such Offer Letters and Employment Verification Letters.Support the administration of short-term disability (STD)
