In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Programs Manager. Your main focus will be to design, implement, and assess programs tailored to residents' needs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while managing your time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assess individual and group activation programs
• Set up activity areas and transport residents as needed
• Monitor residents’ behavior during activities
• Maintain program and resident records consistently
• Communicate resident participation with registered staff
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in program planning for diverse needs
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Negative vulnerable sector check required within 6 months
