all while being supported by the team.What You Will DoBusiness Law: Serve as "outside general counsel" for small businesses (incorporations, tax restructuring, commercial contracts, asset and share purchases, day-to-day legal).Real Estate: Manage residential and commercial transactions from start to finish.Private Client Services: Draft wills, trusts, sophisticated estate plans and handle non-contentious family matters (Marriage, Cohabitation, Separation Agreements, and uncontested divorce).Strategic Preparation: Identify litigation triggers and prepare files for seamless transitions to counsel.The Ideal CandidateLife Experience: You have had work or life experience outside of academia before law. You are mature, confident, and can relate to business owners.Meticulous Drafting: You have a "zero-error" mindset and understand the weight of every clause.Self-Starter: You are proactive and hungry to learn the "business of law."Linguistic Asset: Fluency in a second language is not required.
