Act as a Workforce Development Employer Liaison to foster solid connections with employers. Engage with various stakeholders to enhance employment pathways for job seekers.

This energetic role requires dynamic interaction with a breadth of partners, including government, community organizations, and employers. You will ensure that employment opportunities effectively meet the needs of job seekers while coordinating hiring events and sharing significant labor market information with frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong employer partnerships for access to services
• Conduct and coordinate hiring events and initiatives
• Inform staff on hiring trends and employer insights




• Assist with placements and workplace accommodations
• Manage referrals and MOUs for collaboration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
• 5–7 years of experience in labor market engagement
• Expertise in coordinating hiring-related activities
• Knowledge of inclusive practice and legislation
• Strong analytical capabilities in market data
