In this role, you will contribute to the overall wellbeing of children and youth facing moderate to severe behavioral issues. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in a related field and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. You’ll be pivotal in implementing support plans across social, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects, maintaining a compassionate and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily care activities and support for children/youth
• Assist in developing and implementing recreational and life skills programs




• Collaborate with team members for effective care delivery
• Maintain respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Document and report on behavioral observations and progress

Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social services or equivalent experience
• Preferred Child and Youth Care Worker Diploma
• Ability to pass Emergency First Aid with CPR
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
