Real Estate Law Clerk – Oakville, ON. Prospect to work in North Toronto office if more convenient!

Responsibilities

Process a residential real estate file from intake to closing for both a vendor and purchaser.

Utilize proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, PCLaw, Word and Outlook.

Maintain excellent client relationship skills and communications.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working as a Real Estate Law Clerk.

Ability to process a residential real estate file to closing for both vendors and purchasers.

Proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, PCLaw, Word and Outlook.

Excellent client relationship skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary based on experience level.
