Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in carbon fiber production, and a track record of team management. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean Manufacturing.
Note: This position requires rotating 24/7 onsite shifts.
