This role is responsible for driving compliance, reducing workplace risk, leading investigations, supporting claims management, and strengthening a culture of safety and accountability across the organization.The successful candidate will work closely with leaders in operations, maintenance, and HR to implement practical safety solutions, enhance existing programs, and help create safer workplaces for all employees.Key ResponsibilitiesLead health and safety programs across multiple Canadian sitesConduct risk assessments and ensure effective hazard identification and control measures are in placeSupport site audits, inspections, and ongoing regulatory compliance initiativesLead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actionsManage occupational injury claims and support return-to-work planningDeliver training and coach leaders and employees on health and safety best practicesPartner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance,
