This role is central to the daily operations at the animal hospital, where you will greet clients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and assist with patient scheduling. You will help ensure that our patients receive timely care while providing excellent service. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining client records and supporting the technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and assess their needs professionally
• Schedule treatments and manage appointment logistics




• Assist with client reminders for health assessments
• Fill prescriptions and provide medication instructions

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior client service experience is a plus
