ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES;:
Work attentively in maintaining,repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety and customersatisfaction as well as overall department success;
Perform vehicle maintenance andrepairs;
Diagnose the source of anymalfunctions and perform required repairs;
Examine vehicles to determine ifadditional safety or service work is required;
Provide written, prioritized quotesfor necessary additional work;
Explain procedures and repairsdirectly to the Service Advisor;
Perform road tests and safetyinspections;
Maintain the cleanliness of personaland team workspaces;
Complete technical training as per Hondastandards.
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
HondaTechnician experience is preferred;
Avalid G class license with a clean driver's abstract;
Theability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures andspecifications;
Theability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment;
Theability to work individually and as part of a team;
Haveup-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and their functions;
Theability to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly;
Possessa high level of integrity and work ethic.
