Job Description Royal Service & Reservations Supervisor:
Lead our team of Royal Service & Reservations Agents who are at the heart of our communication system. You will be an expert in all areas of the hotel, able to manage the call center functions, and provide seamless service to our Guests and Colleagues.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting in Winter 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $26.55 per hour.
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years.At three years the pay rate for this role would be $31.90.
Job Duties Include:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Lead and supervise all aspects of the Royal Service & Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followed
Train all Royal Service & Reservations colleagues
To have a complete knowledge of the hotel’s emergency procedures
Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
Establish and maintain an effective communication process with all departments, in particular with Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering
Assist with building and managing rate and package codes in MFR and PM
Sell guestrooms and tee times to groups and individual callers
Entering rooming lists and reservations as required
Attend regularly scheduled departmental meeting
Qualifications Previous leadership experience in guest relations preferred
Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience is required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
