We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Project Management .
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
Track project progress and ensure adherence to milestones
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Support coordination between design, operations, and field teams
Stakeholder Communication Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors
Prepare and share regular project updates and status reports
Attend meetings and document key discussions and action points
Reporting & Documentation Maintain project trackers and dashboards (Excel, Zoho, Asana, etc.)
Prepare reports on project status, risks, and performance




Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities
Procurement & Field Support Assist in procurement processes including RFQs and purchase orders
Track material delivery and ensure alignment with project timelines
Support coordination with site teams and subcontractors
Conduct site visits when required
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination / operations
Understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, risk, communication)
Experience with project management tools (Excel, Zoho, Asana, or similar)
Key Skills Solid organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
High attention to detail and accountability
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability
