As a vital member of CarePartners' Leadership Team, the Nurse Manager oversees community nursing services and mentors field nurses. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, supervise, and coach nursing staff in the field
• Develop and maintain effective care plans for community health

Requirements:
• RN degree required with 3-5 years of experience
• Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong case management knowledge and skills
• Proven communication abilities, both verbal and written
