In Person Shipping & Warehouse Operations Full-Time Position

MacMillan Supply Chain Group Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing shippingand receiving processes, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilledaccurately and efficiently. This position requires a solid understandingof warehouse operations, e-commerce logistics, inventory management, andeffective communication with warehouse staff and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

- Oversee the shipping and receiving of products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare shipping documentation, package labels, and other required materials for outgoing orders.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet company, customer, and carrier requirements.
- Coordinate order-picking activities to ensure all items are selected, packaged, and prepared correctly for shipment.
- Monitor e-commerce orders and ensure they are processed according to shipping standards and requirements.
- Review orders for accuracy and address discrepancies before shipment.

Inventory & WMS Management

- Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order processing.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Update shipping, receiving, and inventory records accurately within the system.





Warehouse Coordination

- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
- Resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and order-processing issues promptly.
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

- Previous experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment procedures, including order picking, packing, and labeling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while processing orders and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and other departments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Two years of warehouse experience.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and order-processing requirements.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and warehouse shipping standards.
